I use Haggerty because they insure by miles driven, ususally 5k or 10k and and as long as you aren't racing they really don't care where you're driving.
From Hagerty's web site - "Hagerty provides coverage for vehicles that are used on an occasional basis -- e.g. club functions, exhibitions, organized meets, tours and limited pleasure driving."
I'm not aware of any classic car insurance company that will insure your car if you plan on driving it to work or the mall. They don't want the car left unattended for long periods of time.
limited pleasure driving would be an occasional trip to the mall, on another note i got kicked out of the mall today. I was open carrying and was asked to leave
