The shop is 10 minutes away. Eventually they will get there. I want to get the suspension installed so they are easier to move. I do miss the coupe. It was a fantastic car! Of course on a practical note, I couldn't afford to do the Mustangs if I didn't sell it, so I guess I don't from that perspective.

Time for an update. Last weekend, I welded in the subframe connectors and roll bar, then painted the roll bar:

I also painted the engine bay and everything from the firewall forward and started installing parts. I mounted the master cylinder and my modified pedal set. Also, drilled the firewall and installed the reinforcement and adjuster for my cable clutch:

I installed most of the front suspension. This weekend I'll put the springs in and the TCP R&P unit. I think I have to change the oil pan on my Boss motor (bummer). That probably means a new pick up and for some reason these things tend to cascade for me!

I also painted the dash and interior doors. The color is stainless steel and should look good with my basically black interior and brushed aluminum trim. I'm sorry it is so hard to see in these pictures. The color looks great in person:

Mike has been following along on the 68 as best he can with limited parts, but he is doing great and learning a ton! Here they are side by side in our little garage:

I don't know anything about that kit. What do they say it does?
