I would say it is. It happens especially if you just start it and pull it in and out of the garage and don't really drive it. The carbon builds up in the exhaust and then the moisture kind of washes it out and it looks like oil.

Hey, my whole life is a fake!
Smell/taste it. If it's oil you got a problem, if it's charcoal then it's normal, condensation building up and washing the soot out of the pipes.

Who cares how much horsepower it has, all that matters is how fast it goes!
13.20's with 2.25-2.30 60's, 40+ year old suspension sucks!
Best trap 107.11mph, we'll see what the new intake/carb setup does.
12.80 at 110.5mph NHRA DA corrected
I'm amazed how many times this comes up on this site. It is basic physics. If you compress air you get water. It is just like your air compressor. You have to drain the water out of it once in a while. When you drive to work in the morning look and see how many people have water dripping from thier tail pipes. Almost all. It is worse on cold mornings with cold engines.
The liquid that come out of the exhaust during warm up is water. If it goes away after the engine is warm then it is water. Don't worry about it. It is normal.
