Default carb autolite 2100

Hi.
When I take the top of the carb off. It is a little low on fuel. The weird thing is when it asks for fuel it sprays out of the needle valve. This is all new. Could the be becuase my fuel pump is bad?

If the floats are set right it should be fine. When you remove the float, which is displacing volume in the bowl, the fuel level will drop. How does it run?

13.20's with 2.25-2.30 60's, 40+ year old suspension sucks!
Best trap 107.11mph, we'll see what the new intake/carb setup does.

What's the fuel pressure at idle? It should only be around 6lbs or so.

Buy fittings.

Is it only rich when you drive, or does it flood at idle and low rpm?

Are the needles in good shape.. maybe they are corroded and letting too much fuel in..
