date code 9 j 23 and 9 ? 19 Its hard to make out looks like f or k. heads are rebuilt and ready for your springs and retainers they were built by greg at total performance in san diego ,ca I have an invoice for $1403.47
There was a small bit of damage on one of the heads. The heads came off my 1970 mach 1 428scj, That ran before the rebuild. I found another pair by luck and used those on the rebuilt motor, but had plans to use these and had them rebuilt also. They are ready to bolt on. The car was an out of state car. I had to title the car in CA. To do this the engine had to be in the car for dmv to inspect it. I needed the title in my name by a deadline date for the bank that gave me the loan, other wise they were going to give me a much higher rate. this is why I ended up with 2 sets of heads. the 1st ones done went on the car. this is the 2nd set that was not done in time. I have $1650 in the heads now. Greg at total performance in San Diego rebuilt them, He is the guy in this area for any high performance builds.
