Default granada brake conversion questions

I've installed the front disc brakes from a 79 ford granada on my 65 coupe. I used the Mustangs Plus adaptor lines for the rubber hoses at the wheels. The problem I'm having is plumbing the master cylinder. I cand find the right combination of adaptors and cylinder. What year fits best? I have the proportioning valve installed on the fender. all of the cylinders I've found have either a 1/2 inch or 9/16 hole in the back and obviously the lines coming off the valve are a lot smaller. 3/8th I think. You need the special large inverted flare nuts used by the factory to differentiate between the front and rear brakes. There is a universal kit for doing this, if you need it.

Apperently I need it because the valve came with fittings in it but not the fittings that connect to the MC. and none of them are close. Where do I get it? I have the double flare tools. and the steel line.

Glazier's has the universal kit, and since you can double-flare, you're all set.

Glazier's.
Look in the Mustang parts for sale section, they have a pretty good PDF format online catalog. The kit is in the "brake" section of the catalog. About $22, IIRC.
