I've given up trying to find an intact original gear indicator for my shifter. So here's my request for anyone with the 69+ 3-speed auto floor shifter: if you have the little needle that indicates what gear the transmission is in, could you take some pictures for me? Specifically I'm looking for closeups of the needle, if you can unscrew the bezel and lift it up to take a couple pictures of the assembly underneath it, that would be fantastic. Maybe a side view as well.
I'm hoping I can reconstruct the needle, but it would be much easier and more authentic looking if I had a needle to try and duplicate. Thanks for the help.
This is what mine looks like right now, no needle and a broken piece of blue plastic filter which I'm not exactly sure is there for. Hopefully some pictures of this will help me get this back to functioning condition.
