Default door hinge pins!!

i need to replace the bottom door hinge pin on my 73. i cant feel the bottom of the pin. do i have to pull the hinge or door to do it?? thanks

No, and you don't want to. Those doors weigh a ton. Support the door with a padded floor jack, and remove the hinge from the car. Do your repair in a bench vise. There are standard pins and bushings available, or if the bushing holes are screwed up you can get kits which include oversize bushings instead. Then re-install the hinge and adjust the door, it probably needs adjusting now anyway.

warpage and sag..pain in the a** really. but at least they are bolt on. bunch of euro cars are not.
