Okay, Honey, check to see if there is power on the yellow wire at the ignition switch. (I'm thinking...no) If you get nothing, your problem should be in the fuse box or the firewall connection.(blk/yellow wire)

Leave it to me to go right past the simple solution, thinking it has to be a major problem. Scootchu and Stepman hit it dead on. Last weekend I spend a lot of time and a lot of muscle making the 45 year old hood hinge on the left side look like new. Guess what is located directly under the hood hinge. That's right - the plug to connect the electrical system to the firewall. Plugged it back in and she came back to life. I must have knocked it loose without even knowing it.
Thanks to all. Now I can make the cruise in tomorrow night.

Thats good news. I'm glad its fixed. Be careful around those old connectors so you don't break one.
