I reused my old spindle stops. The original ones bolt on top of the SR just like original. You definitely need them so you do not over-crank the steering when making a tight turn.

rosehillperformance.com I bought them and they are great. Half the price of most others and the same quality.

I have been searching for a set of adjustable strut rods to finish my front suspension rebuild. I got the spherical bearing lower control arms from Opentracker so I eliminated the rubber bushing binding issue.
I have thought about building a set myself, but I just don't have the time to do it. So I am looking at the following options:
Out of all of them, the Global West are the cheapest, then Street or Track, and the most expensive are the TCP.
Does anyone have any experience with any of these? This is the last part that I need to purchase and I would like to place the order soon. Thanks for any info everyone!
I have the ones from Street or Track. I can tell you there is a big difference in in the strength of the different brands. If it matters in the long haul, don't know. The SorT units fit great and work perfectly, sure made the proper alignment much easier. Top quality units and top quality customer support. They were also recommended by OpenTracker which is why I went that way since the rest of my front suspension was from OT.
Just found out about these today. They are made by Moneymaker Racing. IMO this is the best design I have seen for an aftermarket adjustable strut rod so far. They use a uniball design with high misalignment spacers and a jam nut on each side of the pivot point. These are the easiest to adjust out of all the strut rods available and they pivot in the same spot as the original strut rods. They run $290 plus shipping and without a doubt this would be my #1 recommendation.
I have been putting 67 strutrods on 65/66' for years. They bolt right on and do everything those high dollar ones do without the high cost. As far as ford being cheap on not putting them on the 65/66 I don't think that is the case. The front end adjustment on the 65/66 is completely different with all adjustments being made with shims on the upper A arms. It didn't really make sense to use adjustable strut rods until they went with the camber adjustment on the lower A arm and that didn't happen until 67

Anyone else have any input on this? I am leaning toward the Street or Track rods because of all the great reviews and they have the spindle stops built-in.
I am ready to order so if anyone else has something to add please chime in. Thanks!
