Default tune carb motor with 4 barrel holley

I need to find a shop in Houston Texas that is a good reputable shop that can tune my mustang. I have a 302 small block that was just built. Holley , b303 cam. rpm air gap intake, hooker long tube headers, petronix ignition, aluminum radiator and electric fan. Im running to rich right now and the timing is off a bit. Can someone give me some information on how to tune it myself or what shop in or around houston to take it to. I would prefer to take it somewhere so i know its right but ive built the motor and car myself so im sure i could tune it as well with alittle help.

Texas has about 1282352838 performance shops, it shouldn't be very difficult to find one in your area.
