Default order of operations: floor pans, rear torque boxes, and rear frame rails.

I'm replacing the individual full length driver and passenger side floor pans, the rear torque boxes, and the rear frame rails on my 73 mach 1. What order should I go about this. I was told to do the floor pans one at a time and to do the worst one first but my torque boxes are shot and I need to know how I should go about this. How should I support the car? Should I get it jacked up and cut out a floor pan and the frame rail adjacent? or can I replace the floor pans with the rusty torque boxes still on the car and then move on to the frame rails? and should I buy my rear frame rail with the torque box as one piece or should I get the rear frame rail with the torque box separate? I need some serious input. I just don't want the car to twist. I want it VERY WELL SUPPORTED AT ALL TIMES THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS!
