It really depends on what you're planning for your coupe. If you are restomodiing you can do almost anything (with a bit of work) if you want them to look original the TMI setup is great. My mechanic is at SEMA right now with a car he did in the TMI booth. The material is great and they used 2005 V6 seats.
I am planning on restomodding my mustang since it's nowhere close to original or special. I'm looking at the Corbeau GTS II seats for the comfort and support.
The procar seats are really nice and look great in any classic mustang.

One thing to consider is if you are going to do the mod is altering the seat base (I do like the Pro Car seats and have three sets in use). Most modern takeoff seats are on the high side and this could very well be a must. Also be aware that the seat base is part of the structural ridigity of the unibody, so don't over do it. There are several Internet articles on how to do this and you can do a search. If you are 5'5" or less, this may not be helpful. I'm 6'2 and struggle to fit in these old rides. The last one I done I moved the seat back 6" (built custom tracks), now I can fit much better and my knees dont hit the steering wheel.

It is not really the same as the OE seat. It is much more comfortable. I like them. I plan on getting them for my car sometime in the future. I think it is a great upgrade.
I think it looks great. I'm not really a fan of late model seats in classic Mustangs. I know they are more supportive etc, but I just don't like the look.
I can't stand the look of those cheapo racing seats.
Yup, that is what I went with. Except that I didn't get the headrest option.
how much do you have in them total?? id like those in red/blk for the 65
