Red face anti stall dashpot and idle adjustment

hi, i have a 69 mustang 302 a/t and it dies when i put it into gear. how do i adjust my anti stall dashpot and idle speed correctly?

basically, set all settings, air/fuel, idle, fast idle, as normal. Your running an automatic, your idle is probably around 700-800 RPM. Once set, then adjust the dashpot to the appropriate clearance from the linkage, probably 1/8 -1/16" as indicated in manual. If you have a vacuum operated dashpot, remove/block the vacuum line while setting the idle.

ok. hey, is there anywhere i can find the specs on the air fuel mixture and the other settings specs?
