Exclamation Engine/Carb HELP!!!

Alright,
So i own a 1969 Ford Mustang Coupe. It has a 250ci 4.1L I-6 engine under the hood with a 1 barrel Carb on top.
My question is, Is there any way to install a Multi-barrel carburetor of some sort so i can both increase HP and so i can Install an Edelbrock Filter assembly on top?

Any help (Product Info, Answers, etc.) would be great!!

Thank ya much!!
