93 octane in Denver?

I haven't seen it around here. But in Michigan it was about the same price as 91 here.

Basically the easiest way to sum it all up here is that the thinner air creates less density in the combustion chamber which essentially lowers the compression of the engine and less worry about pre detonation. the higher the oct the lower the chance of compression detonating the fuel before the spark.

The lower the compression the lower the chance of pre detonation. Does any of that make sense?

oh by the way im headed to pueblo tonight. Last chance at 13's for me with this set up. Not going again unless i have atleast gears or slicks. haha

Man wish i could of went i just got my gears done but by the time i pick up my car and could get up there it would be almost 8. Let me know how it goes though.

farmcrest in colorado springs replaced their 93 with e85 :/ that was my station for years. it was a sad day.

A lot of the stations earlier in the post don't carry 93 or are gone. Petro off of Parker used to be the 93 place near my house, but it's long gone.
