I don`t like them. I bought the `vert for the"open air" motoring aspect. If I want something behind my head while driving, I just take the targa top out of the `Vette, & drive it that day

Light bars don't look right to me. But a roll bar looks ok, and if you have a car the actually needs one then I think you should have one. If I was using my car for the track and running low times then I would have one. Sucks that we need them long before hard tops, but the being able to put that top down is well worth it.

Personally I like the light bar/roll bar look. But that is my opinion. I dont think it takes away that much in the back and my back seat isnt used that often anyway.

Not for rollover protection. You could crush most of them down by pushing your body weight on it

The Classic design concepts one i have is very high quality and u definetly could not crush it with body weight.

but no they do not protect you from rollover.
