Default HEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPP

I need some help my passenger side rear quarter window is not going down right or up.
I open the door and its fine, then I notices the lil black metal ruber thingy and its all bent up, i tried to fix it but it riped , now i just got the lil rubberpiece hanging. what is it called, and where can i get a replacement.

It has been so long since I have been in quarter panel, I cant remember what the track looks like. Are you saying the the rubber trim on the forward part of the window is ripping off? Sounds like something is in a bind. If that is the case, you need to get in there and fix it before you do damage to the window motor, if its not already gone. The gears in the motor are plastic and will trash easily. Good news is, the replacement parts are cheap. As said above, what year is your stang? You may have to find a new window at a salvage if your is not reusable.

Also its the rubber metal thing in the door jamb byt the rear quarter window.
