Default Deluxe vs Premium

Hey all, I'm shopping for a used GT convertible, 2005--2007. Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the deluxe vs the premium packages. I see one listed and then another and honestly, from the pics in the ads and equipment listed, I can't tell the difference! Even more confusing is the fact that there seems to be little, if any, difference in the prices..... What makes a "premium" premium?

Thanks in advance!

Perhaps this link at Edmonds, for 2007 Mustang, will help:

07 has the working AUX input in the center console. 05-06 has the button but no input.

I have an 08 GT premium convertible. Has a lot of bells n whistles the deluxe doesn't have but no difference in power.

I purchased the premium because it had anti-lock brakes mainly.

Mine came with leather, Shaker500 6 cd player.
