Default water in black liner

i beleive that my drain hole is clogged. I had this happen before, but i forgot how to un clog it and how do i get to it to unclog? I know it is under the black liner that the convertible top folds down into, but don't remember how to take it down and where exactly,on what side of car,is the drain hole and what is best to use to unclog? would it be a coat hanger?

Take off the metal trim by undoing the screws with the trunk open. I shoot compressed air in the holes. I own a 2002, should look the same. Personally I think a coat hanger could do more damage. Good luck.
