Default water in the backseat floorboard

so i noticed water in my backseat floorboard on the passenger side. the haynes manual might as well say "for coupes only" as it is no help at all. the top works identically to the sebring convertible, so i posted a thread on a chrysler site i belong to as well. here's what i poted:

i noticed today that i have water on the floorboard in the back, and not a little bit either. it splashed when i went back there to get something, so you can imagine how happy i was to find that. does this mean that my top os leaking, or is this an example of the plugged up drains that i hear you guys talk about? where are these drains located, and exactly where are they supposed to drain water from? i have a leaking rear window that leaks a small amount of water into the top well, but that leak is identified and i can live with it for now, because it just leaks into a vinyl tub and doesnt stink, but if it's leaking in the carpet i have a bigger problem. thanks guys!
