Default rear window not "tucking" on new top

Hey, My brother's father-in-law has just put a new top on a car and it looks great, goes up and down a little, no stress lines, but the rear window just does not tuck correctly preventing the top from going all the way down. This could also lead to extra stress on the window and the window breaking.

I have told him to park it out in the sun today and try it again later after it gets good and warm. Any other suggestions for him?
