Question 05 convertible top problem help

I have a 2005 Mustang GT convertible and when I put the top down it kind of bunches up at the back down into the boot well?
any suggestions???

There is a tsb for conv issues....TSB07-17-08 convertible_concerns.pdf

I'd attach it but they don't allow that here.
