Default Rear qtr window off

I have a 2003 GT Conv. The rear 1/4 window, drivers side, appears to be attached only on the front. The rear seems to have broken loose. Does anyone know how it reattaches? The window motor works fine, but when you lower is or raise it only the front part goes up and you have to lift the rear by hand. I have it all apart bu cant figure out what is supposed to hold it in place

Never mind, I figured it out. For anyone else that has this problem though, the window has a small triangle metal plate that glues onto the glass. It came unglued on the back end. I removed the three screws that hold the window on (from the inside, behind the wall) pulled out the glass, cleaned old glue, and then re-glued it with something called Goop. I havent put it back in yet, just waiting til tomorrow for the glue to set.

I put it all back together, much improved from what it was, but it does not line up correctly. THere is a gap between the door glass and the quarter glass, but the quarter glass can be pulled forward a little bit. Is there something that can be adjusted, or is something else broken?

Yea I have the same problem on my 03 vert. The driver side quarter window will not line up all the way and I have to pull the window forward to get rid of the gap between the windows. The wierd thing is that it is only the driver side and the passenger side works fine. So I am also wondering if there is something that you can adjust to fix this

I don't know the solution, but I would suggest, if you have not already, look closely at the passenger side with the interior panel removed. Take some measurements where something may have shifted/slipped.

Since one side is good, you should be able to matche the other side.
