Default LT header install on convertible

Anyone know if longtubes require a k member modification? If so how much is involved. Do short tubes require a mod?

Thanks

Thanks penquin. I had seen something on another post that mentioned it. Might have said could require mod.

Its a pain in the ass to install LTs, and some people drop the k member for more room, but Ive never had to or heard of modifying it. I just had a cherry picker and rocked the motor side to side.
