Default Bullitt Suspension Package

I was looking at lowering springs. I don't want to go to low. I just want to get rid of the 4x4 look. I found this suspension kit, has anyone tried it ? I would definitly like to get some better handling out of it. It's an 03 GT.

Im currently using it on my mustang. I do like it alot for a DD mustang not so much if your looking at it from a racing standpoint. But I also have lca's & flsfc's which also have helped. I wanted a drop like you but I didn't want to go too low (DD mustang including the winter) so it's worked out nice since the drop was about an 1 inch all around. (I could still get around in the snow... w/ snow tires too) Handling & steering has become firmer too > OEM parts. With the kit you don't need CC plates (as long as your drop is less than 1.5in you don't need CC plates) so thats a plus for a tight budget.

A) If you go that route.... check your local ford dealership because mine was alot cheaper (saved $$$) by picking it up from them.

B) I think there are better options out there yet if your looking for something that has the quality & won't break the bank, then this is for you.

C) its better than your OEM suspension but still not as good as if you were to go w/ H&R springs or similar.

SIDE NOTE: since you got a Convert you need to check out welding in some FULL LENGTH SUB FRAME CONNECTORS if you haven't done so already. You'll notice it no doubt

Thats a rip off ($80 cheaper though). I'd ask him if he could do a bit better. Otherwise call up Tousley Ford (WHITE BEAR LAKE, MINNESOTA). I believe they're kits are still under 500 bucks. If you could get it for under 500 it's cheaper than what the parts are seperate.

I did ask that, and he wouldn't budge. I was going go with it originally, and cut the springs a little but changed my mind.

Thats a bummer.... well you could check out Tousley though idk what shipping costs would be? Prob w/ it it'd be near 500 again.
