Default 1994 Convertible relay

I have a 1994 Mustang convertible and the top does not go down. I can't find the location of the relays. Where are they? How hard are they to replace?

the relays are mounted right beside the top motor. you can get to them by taking out the rear seat or by removing the upper panel from the trunk. but are you sure its the relay? does the motor make any sound when the button is pressed? does the ebrake light come on when you have the brake up(if its not making a good connection it wont allow the top to work)?
