My right rear power window stopped working, the motor is working and bumping the window up incrementally, but not all the way. My guess is a gear might be stripped...is the disassembly of the door panel to gain access to the window easy? Will I have to remove the motor if it is just a gear?

You will have to be remove the door panel.
The motor and motor gear can be replaced separately.
