Default Do I need a new top or new back window?

I read the thread on leaking and I do have that problem which I'm planning on fixing as the thread showed how. I do have some other issues I would appreciate some help on.

1. Back window, right above the top of the glass, there is a 6in wide tear. I'm worrying that if it gets any worse the back window will end up caving in. I'm not sure if this is something I can temp. fix with a patch like you do fixing the common leaks others have. The glass itself is just fine, but the top fabric that connects it to the top is getting into bad shape. So I don't know if I need to buy a whole new window from a place like AMuscle, or even go as far to replacing the entire top/back window. It's just the top doesn't seem to need replacing, just the fabric above the top of the back window.

2. Also the driver and passenger side windows are sticking outward. I'm thinking I might have put the top back up with the windows not rolled down and this forced them outward. One day the window was so far out it went up a bit on top of the top part. It's like this on both of the windows and it's leaving a gap open for rain to get in.

3. This is probably an easy fix I might be able to figure out. But one of the triangle side windows goes down about an inch and get's stuck. I'm guessing it's getting stuck on some rubber that went out of place. I'm not sure if I can fix this without taking things apart to see the issue.

Thank you for any help! I don't have money to spend right now but I would like to know if I need to start saving up for a new back window if it can't be replaced. Or if I need to think about buying a whole new top/back window with the inside ceiling fabric in the future. But for now I would like to patch things up to prevent me from having the back window cave in.

Will this help secure the back window and close up the tear? - VLP glue

Will, if there is a tear/rip in the convert top material, you can replace the back window only. Your model of 'vert is a 2-piece top.

Disclaimer: A 13 year old top might not be able to go through the process of replacing the back window intact. It is getting brittle and although it might look O.K. an installer will usually tell you, "I'll replace the back window, but wont guarantee that the top won't rip in the process."
