Automated car wash, and convertibles?

I run my vert through all kinds of auto washes and have never had any problems. try to pick a relatively new wash as the brushes will be a tad softer, but this is not critical. I use 303 on my top after a few washes. Its easy to use and works good.

I absolutely will NOT use a carwash with the brushes / flappers. Touch free only for my babies.
Out of desperation I recently used a touch-free automatic wash for my 2013 GT/CS convertible. Minor leaks on both sides at the place where the A-Post meets the convertible top. All in all I was pleased but this is something I will not soon be repeating.

NEVER, EVER EVER - I actually prefer the ones with brushes, they cause more damage to the paint than anything. I suggest getting some Croftgate Wash n Wax and do it yourself in the garage. Then in Spring, bring it our and get the underside.

ALL car washes suck, I go to a drive in self service and fill up my bucket with the water. Boom Done using the car wash except for the nice shaded roof Plus you get to showoff your sexy *** stang to all the CamaroMustangWannabes

I miss having a driveway so, so much. I use a self-service place around the corner from my place. I pack 4-5 gallons of water for every wash (there's no way I'm going to use their brush!) and just use the wand for initial rinse and pre-wash and then final rinse. Somehow it still runs me $10+ in quarters!

I have a nice carwash that accepts $1 for 3 minutes..enough time to fill up the bucket then handwash the car, another $1 to rinse. Or whenever I go to the pops house, I just do it in his driveway.
