I purchased a set of FR500 wheels/tires from John a few weeks back. They look really fantastic on the car.

Unfortunately there was an error in the order and the wheels came to me without the TPMS sensors installed. Once I verified this, I took it to a local shop and they corrected. I sent an email to John with pics showing the sensors were not there. I received a very quick appology and refund on the TPMS sensors, plus additional to cover the labor of the local shop.

Mistakes happen. That is part of life. But the customer service on how you handle those mistakes is what truly matters. John and Cruizin Concepts truly get the customer service part!

Thanks guys! My next set of wheels and any after that will definately be coming from Cruizin Concepts!!!
