Please tell me they're not putting 20" halibrands on it.
I suppose it's just a show car for the time being, isn't it? It looks a tad funny. But it's got serious potential for being an awesome looker.

go there for alot more pictures....they are very nice. (1967 ones) of the new one (2005) I've only seen that one.

Horation: They are not putting Halibrands....they are Edelbrocks (I know they look like Halibrands) -- ...and I do believe that they are putting them on the 2005 eleanor version.

yeah...I'm definitely hoping they don't put anything bigger than 18s on.....-- those 20"+ wheels look like steam rollers..... there are a few of those around where I work and they just look awful....

I have 16s on my stang, but will have to convert, cause I don't have brakes in the rear and I have 4 lugs. I'm going to convert , but that will mean ALOT of bucks.... probably around 3500 - 4000 bucks. (conversion, 4 wheel disc baer + wheels and tires)

I have a black stang and would like to put the new black bullit wheels on....

Yeah eventually I'd like to upgrade to 4 wheel discs and 5 lug wheels. But it was too much right now and I NEEDED to get rid of the 14" wheels that somebody put on the car NOW. So I got some Cobra replicas from Discount Tire for ~$150 a pop in 17x9. I'll use them until I can do the upgrade, then turn around and sell them.
I would rather have picked up a 17x8 for the front though. I originally ordered a set of 4 245/45r17 for it, but then I read a bunch of people were rubbing with lowered cars on the 245s so I switched the fronts to 225, and they're a tad skinny for the wheels.
