I have new Reverse C vinyl stickers and will be polishing and waxing my car soon. Do I need to tape these off?

I would. I have vinyl on my hood and I didn't tape it off when I polished (because I'm lazy), and although it eventually wiped off, it left them pretty white for a while. When I do it again I'm certainly going to tape them off.

When I paint rooms, I use 3M painter's tape. It's pretty cheap and really good quality. It comes off without leaving a residue, and it is very sticky. I buy it at Lowes.

I have 3M reflective decals on my car. I have been waxing mine for years after the vendor told me it was ok for me to do so and that it would help protect them. You have to keep in mind thought that I use PURE WAX. Polish has abrasives that will probably end up leaving a haze on them.

Ok. this makes sense. Polish bad for them. Wax good or ok for them.

Depends on the composition of the sticker. Goo Gone takes off wax/polish on weather stripping so I would imagine it would take off unwanted polish on a decal.
