Default Removing embelms, kitty hair fiberglass?

A friend of mine is going to touch my car up, hes gonna paint my bumper, and fix some scratches on my car for a few hundred bucks. So before he does this, ( in the coming month ), I want to remove the gt emblems on the side of my car and fill the holes in.

I've read somewhere that you can use "Kitty hair" fiberglass to fill in the holes. If anybody knows about this fiberglass or can answer some questions, please do.

Is there anything I will have to worry about, by using kitty hair?
When looking on google, somebody said it rusted, it says its rust proof though?
If you think kitty hair isn't a good idea to fill in the holes, what would be?

Thanks!

well, if its fiberglass then it isnt going to rust...only metal rusts. not really sure about how well it will fill the hole and stuff though.
