Sorry I took so long, here they are. Let me know what you think. -David

Looks nice...very nice....I am up in the air with the stripe...I think I will first get the windows tinted.....then decide. I really think I am going to remove the stripe from one side only for a trial period....and just see what side I like better. If, in the end, I prefer the stripe on....I bite the bullet and incur the cost of having a new stripe re-applied. If I decide I like the side without the stripe, the other stripe will come off. Thanks for the pics..again, your car looks very nice as is.

A white stripe on black seems too distracting. I would go with a black reflective stripe so it would normally look black but come alive when the light hits it just right.

pull it off, it's your car, do it like you like it. I pulled the 'rental car' stripe off our silver 06 Pony, it looks a million times better. GT, V6, they're both Mustangs.

I wouldn't necessarily put GT or Cobra badges on my V6, but don't get into that whole 'not a poser' mentality. It ALREADY looks like a GT, and the GT already looks like a V6. With the exception of a few styling cues they're identical. I prefer the running pony badges over the GT badges, I'm going to pull the GT badges off and replace them w/the pony badges, I like them better.

The pony rocker stripe is about $20 if you ever want to put it back.

Will mineral spirits harm the finish? Any other suggestions for removing residue?

Also, I am checking with AmericanMuscle to see if they have black matte/flat stripes...waiting to hear back now. Check them out...they have many options...good prices....the black stripes look glossy...but I am asking them...maybe they can get matte.

Also, I traded emails with Dan of DansDecals.com.....he says he has black matte stripes available. Check it out using this link:
