Default Video of how to use a electric Buffer/Waxer

So does anyone have a video of the proper way to use a electric buffer/waxer? I just picked up a new buffer but Im more of a visual guy when it comes to learning new things.

Just do a Google search and you'll find a ton of videos and everythign from a DA polisher to wet sanding.
