Default 2014 Dash

What do you guys use on the dash? Since its a "soft touch" plastic i don't think I should use an armor all type plastic protectant.

Surf City Garage Professional Interior Quick Detailer

I've been testing this since before the release, and well, it's a really nice product! Doesn't leave a greasy or glossy finish. It's a light cleaner with great UV protection. Use the Forum Discount to receive 10% off!

I say don't use armor all or any other interior spray, just use a nice clean rag for the dash as armor all soaks into the plastic and besides its messy to begin with, makes your hands greasy so imagine what it does to the plastic parts. I keep a rag in my car since I'm picky about finger prints or smudges on the chrome and dust is the worse.

Not to worry!
The Pro Interior Quick Detailer is water based and isn't chock full of silicone, which would leave your hands feeling greasy. It was designed so that as you clean, you can protect your interior surfaces from the harsh UV light. Next time you're at a store, walk the parking lot and look at the various dashboards. You can see pretty easily the dashboards that aren't treated with anything (leaving them exposed to harsh UV light which will in turn potentially bleach out a dashboard, dry it out, and then it will crack), cleaned, or not cleaned with the proper cleaners. Water on a damp towel in some cases is just fine for your dash...as long as the area has already been cleaned and dressed with a designed cleaner or dressing for that particular part of the car. Water as a stand alone cleaner in fact, is just beating and pushing that dirt and dust into the pores of the plastics.
