Anyone from the Northeast Central FL area?

Where in FL are you, TR Mach 1? This is how it was on the RX8Club.com forums. I found out after I sold my RX8 that there were several owners in my area, but they were super weird about networking with others as well. This Northeast FL area, especially Palm Coast, is a real weird place to live. I don't get it.

Well my close friends are into cars but other than that the few other car people that I know I did meet at the track, there is always someone there who is pretty cool. Everyone else I have met on the streets because they say hello or compliment my car or vice versa so its just a quick hey whats up but other than that there isn't that many people out here who would actually like to gather up from time to time and hang out and talk. Seems kinda odd, seeing that there is a lot of mustangs you would think people would actually like to hang out or something. I actually meet more people that are into other types of cars than I do mustangs.

Haha. I wish. I think I know why now. That is just the nature of New Yorkers and New Jerseyans. They tend to have the "who the hell are you?" attitude and arent used to being more neighborly. I guess it's not their fault. Just their nature.
