96 Saleen s281

Hey I have a 96 Mustang GT with a 5 speed manual transmission and I have the above trouble codes!! I was hoping to get some guidance on why I have these seemingly automatic transmission codes?
Drivability wise it feels very sluggish as if the engine is making power but not getting it to the wheels. It also has a rough idle and I’ve recently replaced the intake manifold and installed a new BBK cold air intake and I thoroughly cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor hoping that would take care of the problem but it didn’t!!
Does anybody have any guidance to point me in the right direction?
