you have to host the image somewhere.

Photobucket is a good place, free account, lots of room to host images.

Then upload the pic from your computer to photobucket.

www.photobucket.com

Then copy and paste the link to the picture and put [img]LINK TO PICTURE HERE[/img] around it in your userCP in the ''Edit Signature'' section...
