Default squeeking noise need help

My 2000 3.8L with 55000 miles on it started making a squeeking noise one day. At first it was quiet and chirped randomly and went away when the engine revved up. Then over the next couple days it started getting worse. It was constant while the car was running and would even do it while driving. Higher the rpm's louder it gets. it sounded like the belt to me so i replaced it. The noise was still there.

So i took it to a shop and he told me it might be the black plastic bearing the belt runs across so i replaced that. The noise was still there.

He told me it might be the water pump. So i replaced that myself today. The noise is still there.

I got a stethoscope and listened to the AC, power steering and alternator and could not hear anything that sounded like a chirping.
Anyone have any ideas what to do.
I also tried pushing on the tensioner pulley and the noise will not go away.

Replace the belt? Also, post this question in the V6 section, you will receive more help there. This section is just for like site difficulties and such...I really wish they would rename it to Forum Problems or something.
