how do i edit the part that appears at the bottom of everyones posts?

Default how do i edit the part that appears at the bottom of everyones posts?
I'm not sure what it's called but i cant find where to edit the part that most people use to put a picture of their car at the bottom of every one of their posts. Can someone help me out?

It's part of the signature. You go to user CP and go to signature. If you have one, you use a picture that you have in photobucket, and copy/paste the image code into the text box.
