The Evolution Ceramic Pads are designed as an OEM replacement, they are slightly more aggressive than stock, and are low dust\low noise with a factory life expectancy. The Extreme Performance are a carbon-metallic based pad that is formulated for high temp stopping. They are proven to show zero brake fade under 1200* on the brakes. If the car is a common street driven car i recommend the evolution ceramics, If it sees the track on a regular basis, the extreme performance may be you better bet, but please note these pads are meant to work hot! They do not show their true performance until heated up to operating temperature.
