Description:

Once a daily driver, but now in retirement! The modifications are getting deep...

I have taken the car out to my club's HPDE on quite a few occasions. I've slowly built the suspension up as I've improved my skills, but I'm definitely still learning. The car has much more in her than I can get out. Hopefully that will change soon.

I plan to keep this car for the long haul. Eventually, I want to be able to give it to my son (when he's old/mature enough).
So in the back of my mind, I'm really building it for him...I just get to enjoy it in the interim.

Engine/Drivetrain Modifications:

JLT II intake w/Evoperformance tune

Suspension Modifications:

Vogtland Springs
Koni Struts - "Yellow"
CHE K-member Brace w/Torque Limiters
Steeda Camber Plates/Strut Mounts
Steeda Sway Bars w/Comp. Endlinks
Steeda X5 Balljoints w/Bumpsteer Adj.
Steeda Upper Adjustable Control Arm Kit w/CA Mount Bracket
Steeda Rear Lower CA Relocation Brackets
J&M Rear Lower Control Arms
KB Adjustable Panhard Bar
CHE Panhard Bar Brace

Wheels/Tires Modifications:

Brakes:
Cooling Ducts (custom fabricated)
Carbotech XP10 pads (all 4 corners, track use only)
Carbotech Bobcat pads (street use)
Braided lines
High-temp Fluid

Tires:
Toyo R1R (245/40R18)

Interior/Exterior Modifications:

Exterior:
CDC Classic front chin spoiler
CDC Duck-tail spoiler
CDC Trunk panel blackout
SHR flush louvered quarter windows
Roush 9-bar Grille
Smoked front quarter lights

Interior:
Kenwood DDX6019 In-dash DVD Player w/iPod Interface
Infinity Kappa 682.7CF 6x8" Speakers
FRPP Cobra Emergency Brake Lever (customized w/leather boot)
FRPP Shelby Center Console Lid
Trunk Release Button (fabricated)
Grand Design Mat "Running Pony" Head rest wraps
UPR Pedal covers
Assorted brushed aluminum trim

Future Modifications:

Most of the aesthetic mods are done for this car, with two noteworthy exceptions. I'll be going with a new hood. My current top pick is the Shelby CS6 hood, but I'm also liking the Stinger extractor hood.

Also, I plan to get a set of dedicated track wheels/tires. This will drastically change the look...at least while she's on the track.

From here, we are focusing on getting the most out of my skills and the car's current set up. So here's the plan.

Safety & Control:
Maximum Motorsports Roll Bar (4-point w/diag. brace)
Kirkey Road Race Seats
5-point Harnesses

Wheels:
Enkei RPF1: 18×9.5”
Nitto NT01 (275/40/R18)

Brakes:
Front Stoptech 14” system
Rear Steeda 13” Bracket kit

I'm also currently doing research on aero mods that I'd like to fabricate. We're looking at functional splitter designs and the requirements for a functional rear diffuser. Side splitters and a belly pan are not out of the question.

Eventually (est. 2011-12) we'll get into the guts...

Transmission:
Viper T-56 6-speed transmission (currently sitting in storage)
Aluminum Flywheel w/clutch upgrade

Suspension:
Considering a SLA front conversion...every so tempting... (looking into the Agent47 offering)

Engine:
Forged stroked shortblock
Whipple supercharger (16-17 psi. Goal: 625 hp / 530 rwhp)
