You need to start by taking the door panel off and seeing what's going on inside. Could be lots of things causing the problem.

Today got the door panel off put both guides back on track. Put the window all the way down. But then i go up 2 inches pops back out? What could it be bent track or bad guide?

you can try and silicone it back in place. my passenger window did that and all I did was bend the fingers that hold the window so that they where tight again, and add some silicone every place on the track I could get it and let it sit for a day in the closed position to keep it in place, and that was over two years ago and still no problems. and it was cheap and easy fix.
