Default Need info on traction Bars????

I had to get some new rubber on my 83 stang 245/55/16, Not sure if these tire warm up quickly or just real sticky when they get hot, I was at a light on my way to work, I punched the pedal, damn the whole rear end end layed a nice patch of rubber after a few feet / I noticed the next patch, the rear end had way too much wheel hop, I am wondering if traction bars are a pain to install? Or just a straight bolt up?

They're fairly easy to install just be careful of the stored energy in the springs. They will bolt right on. I have a set of HPM Megabyte Jr.'s on my '88 and wheel hop is a thing of the past with them on there.
