ya jeep fixed it hehe, I KNOW HE IS LIKE GIVING IT AWAY, im kicking myself b/c my dad wont let my get a car till my next bday (april) cause im *only* 16 WTF... oh well i want it but its auto, who cares id get a new tranny for like 500 it would still be way less than any gt that well off

do work around the house, clean up, take a project painting the house, whatever ur parents need in exchange for part/full insur. payments. -- whenever my son wants a few hundred bucks...guess where he goes....me.....and what do I say?? "ok son, I need these rooms painted" or "I need some landscaping" or "grandpa needs help over at the ranch" or "hey I have a buddy that needs help with &lt;whatever&gt; go talk to him and work out some $$ arrangement" .... and he does it and boom...he has some cash. -- neighbors needs stuff, ---- dude when I was a teen I use to do and look for anything to help out and ppl gave me $$ for it..... I'm sure you have time on ur hands (unlike me...damn I wish I was young again...hahaha)...just go out and look for it...get creative (but always do the right thing, NEVER anything illegal). </P>

whitehawk, lol thats crazy, im 3/4 done painting the house right now... LOL doing the trim, i already sprayed the stucco. but ya im using that money to buy the car with, so i dont know, my aunts really effin rich but her husbands a jew (no offense) so hes protective around money, (my uncle used to do her taxes) shes a millionaire 50 times over.... dead serious... so shes out, maybe my grandma or i can get a job, can only get a job in the summer (im in band and all AP classes except for foreign language). so ya im just thinkin about s/c sixer

lol ill look for the exact estimate on a gt, have to get full coverage b/c my moms freaked that if i crash someone will take everything we have, then ill get back to the gt idea, but i dont know, an s/c sixer wouldnt be bad, id have to save awhile for the s/c though

I've seen guys on a Diahatsu Charade 3 cylinder crash 3 cars and kill 4 people..........why would a 3 or 8 cylinder have to do with crashing? (unless for some reason she &lt;your mom&gt; thinks you are irresponsible, and if that's the case then you shouldn't have a car at all) think about it.</P>


Take jeep for example, he is young, obviously loves cars - but would he speed-demon the streets? probably not, he doesn't seem they type (according to his postings) - then take me (when I was a teen), I lit the streets on fire with POS foreign cars in the carribbean...I don't even know how I made it through my teen years.....point is the driver.....whether you have a 4, 6 or 8 cylinder car shouldn't matter, it's the driver behind the wheel.</P>
