Speaking of trannys, is the T 45 made by tremec. When I pulled my tranny out to do the clutch it had tremec writtin all over it. I know T 5's are made by Borge & Warner (SP). But I think tremec started making the T 45's then went to the 3650 in 2001.

They do but you have to fab some things...

My friend has the article in one of his MM & FF's. They put a T56 in a GT but it sits alot lower and they needed to fab a crossmember so it would fit right. I'll see if I can find the article and tell you exactly what was involved. It was a while ago, but I know it can be done. I've priced them. $2100 from ford racing.

Im with jd, i want one in my Gt to replace my maunumatic. 1500-2000 isnt bad. Its well worth the money.
