What is that polishing process that strengthens and polishes parts? Not REM

Hey everyone;

I found this type of polishing a while back and I cant find it again now, I even bookmarked it and still cant find it. Its not REM polishing.

This type of polishing uses steps of pressurized abrasive from course to fine. The extreemly high pressure strengthens the parts and the abrasive helps to polish it. It much better than REM processing but I just cant find it anywhere.
