If you have the original SVT Certificate of Authenticity it should say on that. If not I believe you can get one for your car from SVT (or was it Ford?) but it costs ~$40. They may be able to tell you over the phone if you give them your VIN# but I don't know since I haven'tdone this before.

Call. When I got mine, it was free - however I do not believe they give certificates for free anymore.
You will need to prove you have owner ship of the car. You'll need to scan or fax a copy of your registration & license to them.
